Shipping Timeframe
Unless otherwise stated, all products are prepared for shipment within 3 business days.
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 8-15 business days from the date of order (free of charge).
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
For example, if your order requires 1-3 business days for processing and 7-12 business days for shipping, you can expect to receive it within 8-15 business days.
Please note that shipping times exclude weekends and holidays.
Delays
International shipping may experience delays. If your order is delayed, please contact us at service@mexhom.com, and we will promptly check with the shipping company for updates. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: If you contact us promptly after placing your order, we can cancel it for you. If payment is completed and the package has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been dispatched.
Taxes and Customs Fees
